TL;DR: I built a remotely-operated claw machine robot that anyone on the internet can control in rea``l time. Here's the full story — the hardware, the code, and the breakthrough using OpenClaw. 🪝 The Hook: Why Build a Claw Machine? It started with a simple frustration. Remote work killed the vibe of our office "prize shelf." I thought: What if the claw machine was the interface? I wanted to build a real experiment in human-robot interaction (HRI) over the internet — with real-time video and the joyful chaos of a physical claw arm. 🛠️ Tech Stack Layer Technology Brain OpenClaw (AI Agent Framework) Connectivity Lark/Feishu Bot API + MQTT Hardware Raspberry Pi 4B + Arduino Mega Video WebRTC (via Pion) 🤖 The Solution: OpenClaw + Lark Integration This is where OpenClaw comes in. Instead of sending raw voltages to servos, I send "intent" to the OpenClaw agent. 1. Lark/Feishu Integration I added a Lark (Feishu) Skill to the agent. Now, the robot can be controlled directly from a chat grou
